Peraton is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our United States Coast Guard client.

Day to Day Responsibilities include:

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience
• Must be an US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Technical background with previous experience leading technical or teams or leading Enterprise-wide technical programs with multiple stakeholders and client engagement.
• Experience in complex technical project management and solution implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
• Project management experience involving cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
• Must have worked in a customer service driven, government environment.
• Experience leading both traditional project methodology and Agile lead projects.
• Experience utilizing Agile/Scrum tools, MS Project, SharePoint, Excel and other Microsoft applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification, Sigma Six, Scrum, or Agile certification
